Description : Excellent opportunity for an experienced TA Officer or Recruiter to join the team of a leading law firm in the City. Salary £45-50k. If you are an experienced Recruiter either inhouse or agency background and have at least 2 years’ experience hiring and/or placing Lawyers, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. As part of a wider HR team of c.30, you will be reporting to the TA Manager. Duties include – Lateral hires recruitment from start to finish Mentoring and developing a TA Assistant Liaising with Partners, Managers and Department Heads Liaising with external Recruitment Agencies, building solid working relationships Screening CVs Interviewing Managing the offer process Updating and drafting Job Descriptions and Adverts Agency briefings Projects You will be managing your own vacancies and you will therefore need to have at least 2 years’ experience of lateral fee earner recruitment, either inhouse or with an agency.
