Description : An excellent opportunity has arisen with a law firm based in Manchester for an experienced Recruiter to join their team as a Recruitment Advisor. Hybrid working plus option to do 4 days. Salary £40-45k + Excellent Benefits. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the role of Recruitment Advisor ( Senior Recruitment Advisor ), is varied and offers plenty of scope to get fully involved with all aspects of hiring for the team including – Recruitment of Lawyers, Paralegals and Business Support Staff Liaising with Partners, Line Managers, HR and colleagues across the board Attend briefing meetings and offer expert recruitment advice Oversee the selection process including screening applicants Liaising with the PSL agencies, negotiating terms and maintaining positive relationships Supervising Recruitment Coordinator Research and review of advertising channels Act as Subject Matter Expert on recruitment matters On an annual basis, support the Recruitment Manager and Partner with new Trainee Lawyer hires Provide advice and guidance on hiring campaigns and the application process for Trainee Lawyers Data analysis and Recruitment Projects You will require a minimum of 4 years’ recruitment experience within Professional Services or from an agency background.
