Description : Our client, a highly regarded medium-sized law firm, is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. They are open to 4 days per week, or full time. Initially this is a 12 month contract with potential to go permanent. Salary to £42k + excellent benefits. If you have inhouse Recruitment experience then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment and supported by an Administrator, you will be recruiting for the full range of Business Services vacancies and, on occasion, assisting with Lawyer recruitment. The role is varied and includes – Screening applications Uploading job adverts Drafting and postiing job adverts Liaising with Partners and Hiring Managers Offering advice on best channels for hiring Supervision of Administrator Attending meetings Managing and reviewing PSL Negotiating terms with PSL Shortlisting and interviewing candidates Working closely with the wider HR team You will need to have inhouse recruitment experience plus a University degree. Salary c.£42k.
