Description : Our client, a law firm in London, is looking for an experienced residential property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant. The Real Estate team is the firm’s biggest and offers the opportunity for somebody to take the Licenced Conveyancer course in the future. You will be supporting one of the Senior Solicitors and the duties include – Liaising with clients Opening new files Dealing with exchange and completions Preparing invoices AP1 and SDLT forms AML checks All admin associated with the above Solid residential property experience in a legal environment is essential and you will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients on a regular basis. You must also be able to use your own initiative and have a flexible, proactive approach as well as be able to demonstrate a commitment to Conveyancing as a long term career. The firm has a particularly low turnover of staff, a friendly and supportive team environment and nice offices. Salary is £25k.
