


Our policy at KGRC is to fulfill our clients' requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible. To this end we are take an innovative approach and are developing our service to encompass people issues which go beyond recruitment such as training. Each client has a dedicated consultant, thereby ensuring continuity of personal service. On-site visits are encouraged as these provide useful insight into individual firms which is important to pass on to candidates. Feedback following interview is also key to successful placements.

We are very pleased to announce our new training service in conjunction with POD, a leading city training firm. We can now help you get the best out of your people through bespoke and flexible soft skills training courses. Training can take place at lunchtime, in the evening, weekends, or during the working week. Formats include single workshops, or a series of sessions, and can be for one individual or larger groups.
Training courses include management and leadership, executive coaching, personal effectiveness, sales and negotiation.

As part of our constant quest to identify and put forward to our clients only the most suitably qualified and experienced candidates, we are now offering candidates the option to register and interview with us remotely through online video. This means that candidates who may otherwise have been dissuaded from applying to us due to time, family or location constraints can now register at a time and place convenient for them.
In addition, this innovation extends our candidate catchment pool to include people who may be located elsewhere in the UK or internationally.
